COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
CHARCOAL OR GAS GRILL: WHEN USING CHARCOAL, ALLOW WHITE ASH TO FORM ON COALS. GAS GRILL PRE-HEAT TO MEDIUM-LOW HEAT. LINKS SHOULD BE PLACED ON RACK 6-9 INCHES ABOVE HEAT, TURN LINKS EVERY 2-3 MINUTES FOR APPROXIMATELY 25 MINUTES UNTIL LINKS TURN GOLDEN BROWN. CLOSING THE LID WILL COOK FASTER.
STOVETOP: PLACE LINKS IN A SKILLET AND ADD ENOUGH WATER TO APPROXIMATELY COVER LINKS HALF WAY, COVER AND HEAT AT MEDIUM TEMPERATURE FOR 10 MINUTES TURNING SAUSAGE LINKS ONCE. COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES WITHOUT THE COVER.
BROILING IN THE OVEN: PLACE LINKS IN A PAN AND ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER, PLACE PAN ON BROILER RACK AT LEAST 8 INCHES BELOW BROILER. TURN LINKS EVERY 4 TO 5 MINUTES FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES TOTAL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
