Once your Roma Sausage
order has reached your home, refrigerate immediately. This is very important during
warm weather and the summer months. Roma Sausage
is produced, packed, and shipped fresh and should be handled as any other fresh
meat product. You can refrigerate your Roma Sausage
3 to 4 days before preparing. If you will not cook the Roma
Sausage in that time frame, we recommend that you freeze the sausage for
up to 3 months.

same week via FedEx 2-day. Orders received Thursday or Friday will be processed
and shipped the following Monday. ORDERING

Orders received before 10 AM ET will be processed for shipment the same day.
Perishable foods ship Monday through Wednesday only. Delivery Outside
the 48 States: No delivery to US Territories or foreign countries,
and we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's. Delivery
Exceptions: We do not accept responsibility for shipments which
are delayed due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, the
unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment in a
timely manner, incorrect, invalid or incomplete addresses; acts of God; disruption
in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena and natural
disasters. Service guarantees are suspended by the carriers during peak
holidays. Shipments: All perishable items are packed
snugly in a reusable Styrofoam container and surrounded by reusable frozen ice
packs to ensure freshness upon arrival. Please unpack all items as soon
as possible after delivery and refrigerate or freeze promptly. Payment
Information: We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept
money orders and checks. We do not accept cash and we do not ship C.O.D.
If payment is made by check or money order, please allow up to 10 business days
from receipt thereof for clearance. Customer Satisfaction:
If you experience a problem with any product, shipping, or service, please
notify us promptly. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or
refund in the event of damage during shipping or error on our part. If your
order arrives damaged, we will arrange for it to be picked up for inspection.
Please do not dispose of any item, even perishables, until you have consulted
with Customer Service. All claims for damage must be made within 48 hours
