At Roma Gourmet Sausage we receive daily deliveries of chicken from our meat purveyor and marry select cuts of chicken with our herbs and spices that are stored in a temperature controlled spice room. Our lower fat chicken sausage contains only fresh chicken thigh meat, we maintain freshness by using locally produced product. Every batch of chicken sausage is hand blended to ensure a consistent peak flavor.
